How can we ensure safeguarding practice works effectively for neurodivergent people?
This newly created interactive course explores neurodivergence through a safeguarding lens, considering additional risks, communication preferences, professional assumptions and barriers to support. Participants will explore practical ways to strengthen professional curiosity, adapt their approach and ensure the individual is seen beyond their diagnosis.
